MY STORY
I know how personal a small business can be.
I grew up in New Hampshire watching my parents build a small business. I saw the long hours, sacrifices, uncertainty, and pride that came with owning something of your own.
I also saw that a business is often much more than a paycheck. It can be part of someone’s identity, family, and future. That experience is still at the heart of how I approach design.
I do not believe every business needs to look trendy or flashy. I believe every business already has a story worth telling. My role is to understand who you are, what makes you different, and help you communicate that clearly.
That is why I started The Hartford Edit: to help small businesses communicate what makes them worth choosing, with thoughtful design that feels clear, personal, and true to the work behind it.
