THE PROCESS
Every successful project begins with understanding. I listen before I design, so the work can reflect your business, your customers, and the way you want people to feel when they encounter it. The process is collaborative, organized, and designed to help you feel confident from beginning to end.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Listen first. Make space. Edit with care.
The Process / A quieter way to work
01 / DISCOVER
Start with a conversation.
We will talk about your business, its story, your goals, your customers, and the challenges you are working through. You can bring a clear idea, a loose feeling, or simply a sense that something is not quite working. You do not need to arrive with the right terminology or a detailed plan. My job at this stage is to listen and understand what makes your business unique.
02 / PLAN
Make the next steps clear.
Everything we discuss during discovery is organized into a clear creative direction, project scope, recommendations, timeline, and next steps. This is where a big or uncertain idea becomes something we can move through together. You will know what we are working on, what decisions are ahead, and what to expect as the project takes shape.
03 / DESIGN
Let the ideas take shape.
Ideas begin to become something you can see, read, and respond to. Concepts are presented thoughtfully, communication stays open, and your feedback is welcomed throughout the project. We will make decisions with your audience in mind — not personal trends or preferences — so the final design feels useful, recognizable, and true to the business behind it.
04 / EDIT
This is where thoughtful refinement happens. We review the work through the eyes of your audience and look closely at typography, layout, messaging, imagery, colors, spacing, and user experience. Each detail is considered until the whole picture feels cohesive, polished, and true to your business. Editing is not about changing who you are. It is about revealing the strongest version of what already exists.

05 / LAUNCH
Share it with confidence.
At the end of the project, you will receive your final files or a completed website, along with the guidance and resources you need to use everything well. I will explain what you have, answer questions, and make sure you are not left to figure it all out on your own. Launch is not a handoff and goodbye. It is the beginning of feeling comfortable with the work we created together.
A FEW QUESTIONS
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
That is a very normal place to begin. We will talk through what is happening in your business, what feels unclear, and what you would like to improve. You do not need to choose a service before we talk.
How involved will I be?
You will be involved throughout the project. I will guide the process, present recommendations clearly, and make room for your feedback and perspective. Collaboration does not mean you have to carry the whole project — it means we make the important decisions together.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the size and pace of the work. During the planning stage, I will give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated if anything changes. The goal is steady, thoughtful progress rather than rushing through important decisions.
What happens after launch?
You will receive your final files or completed website, along with guidance for using everything confidently. I will also make sure you know where to turn if questions come up after the project is complete.
LET’S TALK
If you are wondering what the next step might look like, start with a conversation. Tell me about the people behind your business, what is working today, and where you would like a little more clarity. We can take it from there — thoughtfully and at a comfortable pace.
